The Customer's liability arising from damage caused to the Vehicle by the Customer or by third parties is limited to the maximum value of the deductible, calculated following the respective table in force at the time of booking confirmation, except for damage to glass, lower or upper part of the car without collision, on the rims, tires, and interior, or if the Customer does not carefully comply with the provisions of this contract, the Highway Code and other applicable legislation.

In the event of an accident, it guarantees the payment of medical expenses up to a maximum of 1,500.00 Euros and compensation for death or permanent disability up to a maximum of 15,000.00 Euros per occupant (up to the vehicle's capacity limit).

In case of damage to the body of the rented Vehicle, the deductible will be reduced to €0.00. It does not include damage to windows and tires, optics and headlights, rearview mirrors, as well as damage caused to the lower and upper part of the body and the interior of the Vehicle, loss or damage to keys and documents and fuel changes. At the beginning of the rental contract, a credit card authorization is required in the amount corresponding to a security deposit quantified per Vehicle group.

A sua subscrição reduz a franquia para 0,00€ sendo exigido uma autorização ao cartão de crédito no valor correspondente a um depósito de segurança quantificado por grupo de Veículo.
